Our guest speaker will be Katie Simon,
Campaign Manager for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
The presentation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 7 PM – 8:30 PM and will include information on current legislative actions, a nationwide look at gun violence, and public health and safety programs for your home and community.

Dr. Jeffrey Patterson, Professor Emeritus at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and President of the U.S. Chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility, will join us to speak on the health issues related to the continued development of nuclear power and nuclear weapons.
