Mr. Puzder’s anti-worker actions include:

rallying against increasing the minimum wage and expanding overtime.
shortchanging workers at his Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants and even refusing to pay managers overtime they earned.
talking about replacing working people with machines.

The Department of Labor directly touches the lives of all working people. It’s important that we voice our opposition to this nominee. Please contact Senator Johnson at any of his three offices and tell him to vote “no” for Andrew Puzder as Secretary of Labor.

Senator Ron Johnson: Milwaukee Office (414) 276-7282; Oshkosh Office (920) 230-7250; Washington D.C. Office (202) 224-5323.
